All I can say is at least you all have alcohol to blame on your husband's forgetfulness. Mine is not much of a drinker, yet, same results!

Bree - Men, you can't live with them, you can't make them multi-task. Especially when they are drinking. Next time, let's send them all to Talmont and just the ladies will have the party.

Melissa... I was on your side! I promise! Siig's mission to skate Talmont and dragging me into it to drive him up there was a one-way-train wreck. I told him I would drive him up there, only if he would go talk to you about food. He looked mystified, "My wife wants to eat?" and I said "yes. You told her hours ago you were going to eat." Still stupefied... he disappeared behind the house with all the men not to reappear for another 30 minutes, after which I had assumed he had taken care of things and I gave him the ride. I should not have assumed drunk men can retain anything, 8-year-old are much better. I just should have invited all the ladies up to our house for snacks. Next time that happens, just come to the neighbors and we'll take care of you! It was nice to hang out with you guys...and the neighbors...and the kids.
